Work Principle
The device work principle is based on testing the electrical and thermal properties of the tested material and determining its type based on those properties and thus determining the type of diamond whether the diamond is natural, imitation diamond, or other material such as silicon carbide
The device discriminates diamonds from moissanites (silicon carbides) and other diamond simulants or variation, its work principle based on thermal and electrical properties of tested material.
PMuT III has a retractable probe tip that ensures consistent pressure on the tested material during testing for more reliable results.
